Karen (Karla Krebs' sister) - fell on 4/17 & sustained head injury; currently at Providence St. Peter's Hospital - current scans show that initial injury is still bleeding & she also has a clot elsewhere; Karen confused; treatment & ongoing care location undecided at this time pray for wisdom for doctors & healing & encouragement for Karen (6/7) Thank you for continuing to pray for me. My pain still persists, but is a bit lessened, even though I've gone off Oxycodone. My mobility is a bit improved, though I'm still walking with a cane. Earlier tonight I achieved a small but significant thing that I haven't been able to do since May 16, and that's to turn over in bed! I have my first PT appointment on Tuesday.
I also found out this week that the complete healing time for a pulled hip muscle is four to eight weeks. On Tuesday, June 6, it will be three weeks. Please pray that God will heal me very soon. Thank you very much. Please pray for me and Ron to know what study to offer our neighborhood bible study in the fall. Praise God- John's first carpal tunnel surgery went great. Please pray for the second surgery on June 5th. Thank you! My body is healing. My eyes are not watering so much and not so itchy. God is good! I still take allergy pills
& eye drops. But the meds are finally working.
My house mates are being kinder to me. Their poor language to each other and to me is improving.
My in-house landlord is treating me with much more respect.
Things are improving.
